Have you ever wanted to rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in the world of sport and celebrity? Experience things you never thought possible or share magical moments with family and friends.
Best of all, doing these incredible things while supporting some amazing national and local charities.
The Ultimate Charity Auction once again offered the global community this chance – raising more than £106,000 during its two-week fundraising event in October and November 2016. This means the current total from the five auctions currently stands at more than £980,000.
A massive thank you to everyone who has supported the auction from day one – whether donating, bidding or supporting.
Offering money-can’t-buy prizes and experiences, the prestigious and transparent auction is supported by a glittering array of stars from the world of sport, celebrity and lifestyle.
This year’s auction prizes included a personal audience with Sir Alex Ferguson, VIP experiences at Barcelona or the Badminton Horse Trials, unlimited golf at St Andrew’s, a chance to record your own single at a top music studio, enjoy the glitz and glamour of next year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev, sail on the magnificent Akasha catamaran around the British Virgin Islands or meet and greet Strictly Come Dancing star Anton du Beke.
We have supported a number of fantastic national and local charities since we first started in 2012 – including raising more than £350,000 for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.
This year’s auction supported In the Game – the League Managers Association; Sarcoma UK; GeeWizz charitable foundation; and the My WiSH Charity supporting West Suffolk Hospital. You can read about the excellent work of these charities on our ‘Who We are Supporting’ page.
